your package pwman3 recommends python3-pygresql, which I found to be highly unlikely. From a quick glance at the source, it seems to use psycopg2 if available, and not pygresql. Please remove python3-pygresql - possibly replacing it with python3-psycopg2. Note that pygresql is pretty much dead. Thanks, Chris
