The old package is not maintained anymore, upstream is "dead" so I have
decided to switch to this fork, using the new maxmind geoip2 databases.
You have to get the files from maxmind.com, since there is no package
for the databases, yet.
Maybe packaging them is also not possible, because of license issues
(same with the v1 database now).
