Since the problem is only in the division, you can have an even
smaller testcase :

#include <stdio.h>

int main (void)
{
    volatile long int n;
    n = -2;

    printf ("%ld\n", (-2147483647L - 1L) / (-n));
    return 0;
}

The output gets the sign wrong in recent snapshots. Reported upstream
as #27116.
