This package provides GTK 2 pixbuf plugin and only one package (qiv, which already depends on GTK 2) depends on it. Since the upstream of libwmf is dead and exists only for historical reason, I think it's fine to remove GTK plugin if GTK 2 is to be removed from the repo.
