There are several issues with this board: For u-boot to initialize the board properly, u-boot needs SPI support. This was fixed since 2019.04+dfsg-1 (see bug#927123). Strictly speaking, bug#927123 is a duplicate of this one, but let's reuse this bugreport to track another issue specific to same board: For enabling network driver, u-boot need support for the Micrel PHY. This was fixed in mainline u-boot few hours ago, with a patch that should be reliable to backport for older u-boot releases as well: https://gitlab.denx.de/u-boot/u-boot/-/commit/22885f4 With above patch applied, LIME2 rev. K boards can boot and use ethernet in 10Mbit mode (use at faster speeds is a third issue that makes sense to track separately).
