Debian now has a devel alias, we should add alias support to Ubuntu.

This now works:

$ ubuntu-distro-info --devel
hirsute

Is it what this bug report was requesting? The bug is >7 years old so I 
wouldn't be surprised if a devel alias got added in the meantime :)
