If the current version of libkdecorations2-5v5 and libkdecorations2private6 are
both installed (5.19), Kwin will crash when opening
some settings modules such as Window Decorations. The 'close window' button at
the top of windows maximizes windows instead of
closing them as well. The solution to the problem was to downgrade the two
packages to the 5.17.5 version (matching the current available
plasma-desktop verison)
