Hi Vangelis, While everything you said looks nice and cool, I'm afraid this forum is not really fit for such requests, since development of software like inkscape is not handled within Debian.
Could I ask you to open these issues directly at the upstream place, at https://gitlab.com/inkscape/inbox ? I recommend you open multiple issues for multiple tasks :) If you report back here with a link once you did so, I can then monitor the status as well.
