I have see that the homepage http://www.osgi.org/Repository/BIndex do not respond anymoreI think that the new homepage is (where all the osgi projects have migrated):
https://github.com/osgi probably the bindex code was now replaced by another project I see you can download the latest .jar from here https://osgi.org/download/bindex.jar Ciao Davide
