Building wabt for webassembly would involve emscripten, so even though 
technically possible to have wabt provide a build of itself for 
webassembly, that would create a circular build-dependency and require 
tracking two sources in one source package.

I therefore think it is better to have wabt provide a package 
wabt-source, and have a new source package node-wabt build that for 
webassembly.
