Package: python3-flatbuffers Version: 1.12.1~git20200711.33e2d80+dfsg1-0.3 Severity: grave Justification: renders package unusable
Dear Maintainer, I installed python3-flatbuffers and had the surprise that, in python3, "import flatbuffers" was still giving ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'flatbuffers' I then checked $ dpkg -L python3-flatbuffers /. /usr /usr/share /usr/share/doc /usr/share/doc/python3-flatbuffers /usr/share/doc/python3-flatbuffers/changelog.Debian.gz /usr/share/doc/python3-flatbuffers/copyright It appears that the package is empty? The package has no Depends: and the description says "This package contains python3 flatbuffers API." so it looks like a bug to me... -- System Information: Debian Release: bullseye/sid APT prefers testing-debug APT policy: (500, 'testing-debug'), (500, 'testing'), (500, 'stable'), (50, 'unstable-debug'), (50, 'unstable'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Foreign Architectures: i386 Kernel: Linux 5.8.0-3-amd64 (SMP w/8 CPU threads) Kernel taint flags: TAINT_PROPRIETARY_MODULE, TAINT_OOT_MODULE, TAINT_UNSIGNED_MODULE Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8), LANGUAGE not set Shell: /bin/sh linked to /usr/bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) LSM: AppArmor: enabled -- no debconf information
