I found that the upstream has asked the deletion of this project https://sourceforge.net/p/forge/site-support/15113/ so this project has no more upstream homepage I think that it is better to set the homepage at: https://web.archive.org/web/20161009151909/http://cthumb.sourceforge.net/ Ciao Davide
