A few days ago (maybe correlated with a systemd update, if it matters
I can investigate) I see for every login the follwoing message:

Dec 17 17:30:28 samd systemd[1935]: -.slice: Failed to migrate controller
cgroups from /user.slice/user-109.slice/user@109.service, ignoring: Permission
denied

This is a service user, but for ordinary users this message is the
same, except the UID is 1000, 1001 or similar, of course.

If this message is harmless, please consider adding a logcheck rule
masking this out.

I've not experienced any visible problem.

This is from unit_update_cgroup() when running under cgroupv1.
The log message will go away once we make the switch to cgroupv2.
