starting with php 7.0, mysql module has been removed from the distribution, and phpx.x-mysql Debian packages (both the official ones and the ones available from sury.org) stopped providing php-mysql, but provide php-mysqli, php-mysqlnd and php-pdo-mysql instead. Please replace the dependency on php-mysql with a dependency on one of these virtual packages (mysqli, most likely?), or at least add it as an alternative to php-mysql. This matters because when packages.sury.org repository is enabled, installing php-mysql causes installation of ALL versions of phpx.x-mysql, since the package is not provided by any of them, but requires all of them. Meanwhile, depending on php-mysqli, for example, would allow installation of whichever version the user prefers. Not having the unofficial repository enabled hides the issue, but it still means that the php-mysql package, which does not ship any code, is required, while no other php-module packages are.
