librust-cfg-if-0.1+default-dev (>= 0.1.9-~~) <!nocheck>,

However, this version of rust-cfg-if is now gone and replaced by 1.0
A new source package "rust-cfg-if-0.1" has been introduced which builds
the binary package librust-cfg-if-0.1-dev which provides
"librust-cfg-if-0.1+default-dev (= 0.1.10-2)". Looking at the log on
reproducible builds I see it successfully using the new package.
Have you actually seen a build failure anywhere? if so can you point to
the log?
