Hello Thomas,

I've prepared an MR:

The changes look quite simple and they are based on the Ubuntu
package. Exact same upstream snapshot is used, so that we know it's
been tested. I have build-tested it in a chroot with libdpdk-dev from
experimental.

Please, can we get this sorted soon? Would you be OK with an NMU to
experimental?
