Severity: wishlist

Hi,

I'm proposing here a few a new filter for gitlab's pipeline
notifications, which can easily be way too noisy.

Currently the notification can look like this:

    reprotest pipeline Mattia Rizzolo 220939 * pending (build: created; build
i386: created; build source: created; aptly: created; test-build-any: created;
test-build-all: created; reprotest: created; lintian: created; autopkgtest:
created; blhc: created; piuparts: created; extract-source: pending)

That's stupidly long and doesn't really bring any value.
I think it makes moer sense to (optionally!) drop the job list within
brackets.

With the above done, I also propose to retain (again, with extra option?
up to you) the list of failed jobs in case of status=failed. So as an
example, this notification:
    reprotest pipeline Marek Marczykowski-Górecki 220930 * [8 minutes and 15
seconds] failed (autopkgtest: success; piuparts: success; reprotest: success;
lintian: success; test-build-all: skipped; test-build-any: skipped; aptly:
success; blhc: success; build i386: failed; build: success; build source:
success; extract-source: success)
would become:
    reprotest pipeline Marek Marczykowski-Górecki 220930 * [8 minutes and 15
seconds] failed (failed job(s): build i386)

which is so much useful IMHO.

Thanks for considering!
