I've got a working fix in a feature branch. I just still have to
cross-check if it doesn't break other init systems as this was very
fine-tuned before I added the .service file and now I had to remove
some the fine-tuning. (Yeah, I'm once again annoyed by systemd. Can't
that thing just work?!? I'd really prefer to just kick out that
.service file again as it worked well before without. But I'm sure
that will be controversial at minimum. If it breaks other init
systems, I'll revert that adding of a .service file.)
