dscverify ignores the GPGHOME environment variable. Instead it hardcodes
$ENV{HOME}/.gnupg/trustedkeys.gpg.
Second bug: modern gpg doesn't use trustedkeys.gpg but pubring.kbx.
It seems that trustedkeys.gpg is an implementation detail of gpg and
should not be relied upon.
