uscan --no-signature is broken as well:
$ uscan --no-signature
uscan: Newest version of hamlib on remote site is 4.1, local version is 4.0
uscan: => Newer package available from:

uscan die: FAIL Checking OpenPGP signature (no signature file downloaded).
