0ad alpha 24 depends on nvtt 2.1.
nvtt 2.1 is still only in Debian experimental since May 2016. The package was
not updated since then.
I don't know if nvtt 2.1 will ever be moved to unstable one day.
For now the 0ad alpha 24 build uses the embedded nvtt.
Maybe we can close this bug?
