After upgrading my smokeping installation to bullseye, all my smokeping Targets using cURL stopped working. This is likely due to https://github.com/oetiker/SmokePing/issues/266 Additionally, curl changed the default --help output, which Smokeping::probes::Curl uses to determine available features (it now needs to supply `--help all`). Reporting here as (unless curl gets updated to 7.75, or curl/smokeping gets patched in Debian) the Curl Probe will be nonfunctional in bullseye.
