Hi, Just to confirm the issue is still present in bullseye current release. I had to add the following lines to apparmor configuration to make it work.
/etc/squid-deb-proxy/** r, /var/log/squid-deb-proxy/* rw, /run/squid-deb-proxy.pid rwk, /var/cache/squid-deb-proxy/** rw, Best regards
