I added a new user to the system. When starting Sway and Pragha with the default settings, the columns selection pop up does indeed show up. It must then be a configuration issue, perhaps some GTK settings rather than an issue with Pragha. I'm have no idea which setting, but it's strange that it appears to only be affecting Pragha.
