Bug#987823: cinnamon: window decoration themes gone

When manually setting /org/cinnamon/desktop/wm/preferences/theme to
"TraditionalOk" it works again... and the preview even shows up in the
Themes dialogue.. (but only as the current selected one,... I still
couldn't select it again).
