If sane-utils creates, possibly dynamically named, files or
processes, cleanup of the user and group is not preferable. Removing
the user may lead to files owned by a stale uid, which can be
reassigned by a following useradd call, introducing a local security
problem.

If you want to improve the situation, please investigate if
switching to dynamic users is possible instead.
