I have it configured that deliberately--until 8756, the X server and/or nvidia driver would generate a list of all the modes supported by my monitor automatically. The highest mode it detects is 1600x1200; this is too high to be readable on my monitor so I specified 'Modes "1280x960"' so that it would only generated modes up to and including that resolution. I just took out the Modes line entirely and restarted X and am now stuck in 1600x1200. This is definitely a regression from previous versions of the driver, albeit one that we can do nothing about. -- Sam Morris http://robots.org.uk/ PGP key id 5EA01078 3412 EA18 1277 354B 991B C869 B219 7FDB 5EA0 1078 -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
