Regarding
  WWWOFFLE Cached Page Contents
  Also shown is an indicator of the state of the URL: 'X' if the URL is
  in the DontGet section of the configuration file, '+' if the URL is in
  the cache, '~' if it has been requested and '-' if it is not cached.
But this doesn't cover all combinations, e.g.,
In DontGet and cached.
In DontGet and not cached.
Requested and cached.
Requested and not cached.
Therefore it would seem wise to use two characters.

Indeed, on wwwoffle.conf(5)
       [<URL-SPEC>] anchor-cached-begin = (HTML code) |
       [<URL-SPEC>] anchor-requested-begin = (HTML code) |
       [<URL-SPEC>] anchor-not-cached-begin = (HTML code) |
aren't enough to show the larger possible combination of states,
nor does the man page say what effect e.g., DontGet has on them.
