Quoting the systemd.unit man page:"%t" Runtime directory root This is either /run/ (for the system manager) or the path "$XDG_RUNTIME_DIR" resolves to (for user managers).
Since you run this as user, the socket path should be something like this /run/user/1000/pulse/native (assuming 1000 is your uid).
