Sure :-) I am deferring this change to post-bullseye at the moment, to avoid even more last minute changes. But it's on the todo list for when bullseye is released. The only annoying thing which I don't really like is that once rsvg builds and works on the architectures that currently don't have it, people need to walk through the dependency chain to re-enable all the bits that were previously disabled. But since appstream is a dependency of quite a lot of stuf that doesn't necessarily need the compose library, not building it for bootstrapping new architectures is probably a desired feature anyway.
