Also, I'm not sure this is a very interesting bug report to work on.
There is some reason I didn't file this as RC ;-)

PS: I'm working on running piuparts tests in some kind of a "container mode"
where
starting more services is possible and maybe even a systemd instance is running.
That might benefit some such complex package installations :-)
