The resolvconf script calls "/bin/systemctl --quiet is-active" without
the required argument, which fails with "Too few arguments" error messages.
Stable Debian versions currently ship with openresolv 3.8.0. This issue
has been fixed by upstream commit 4c54816, included in version 3.8.1:
