Dear Maintainer,

Changing the video speed in the timeline via right click menu does not change
the video speed, despite changing the corresponding time length. Playing back
the "slowed" or "sped up" video will only display the default video speed, but
cropped.

This happens on both 20.12.2-1, and 20.12.3-1

Could you please retest this with version 21.04.3-3 from unstable and 21.08.0-1 from experimental and give a feedback?
