FTP Team, Please change mime-support from: net/standard to: oldlibs/optional Reasons: 1) mime-support debian/control has: * Section: oldlibs * Priority: optional 2) This is a transitional package Also, discussed here: https://lists.debian.org/debian-devel/2021/07/msg00046.html https://lists.debian.org/debian-devel/2021/07/msg00048.html In the second message, smcv pointed out: mime-support depends on mailcap (Priority: optional) and media-types (Priority: standard), so downgrading mime-support to optional would mean that mailcap (compose(1), edit(1), see(1), print(1)) would not be installed by default. That seems like it has a risk of exposing bugs where packages rely on those tools without declaring a dependency. Thank you! Daniel Lewart Urbana, Illinois
