angelscript 2.35.1 was released and has at least 2 arm64 fixes: https://www.angelcode.com/angelscript/changes.php
Can you try upgrading Debian angelscript package to 2.35.1 and see if this fixes arm64 build? Note that angelscript with arm64 build is needed by supertuxkart, see https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=995771 Thanks.
