Package: ttf-mscorefonts-installer Version: 3.7 Severity: normal Dear Maintainer,
I was recently searching about the licensing stuff of the Microsoft Core Fonts. For that purpose I opened the copyright file included in the package. But it seems that the file was updated years ago, and does not reflect many recent changes in filenames, and locations. For example, the READ_ME!.gz file that has the licensing terms of font files themselves, does not exist in recent package versions. Could you please update the file to reflect recent versions ? -- System Information: Debian Release: 10.11 APT prefers oldstable-updates APT policy: (500, 'oldstable-updates'), (500, 'oldstable') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Foreign Architectures: i386 Kernel: Linux 4.19.0-18-amd64 (SMP w/4 CPU cores) Kernel taint flags: TAINT_PROPRIETARY_MODULE, TAINT_OOT_MODULE, TAINT_UNSIGNED_MODULE Locale: LANG=en_IN.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_IN.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8), LANGUAGE=en_IN.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /usr/bin/dash Init: sysvinit (via /sbin/init) Versions of packages ttf-mscorefonts-installer depends on: ii cabextract 1.9-1 ii debconf [debconf-2.0] 1.5.71+deb10u1 ii wget 1.20.1-1.1 ii xfonts-utils 1:7.7+6 Versions of packages ttf-mscorefonts-installer recommends: ii fonts-liberation 1:1.07.4-9 ttf-mscorefonts-installer suggests no packages. -- debconf information excluded
