Dear maintainer, db2twitter has become unusable with the new python3-tweepy package because of an backwards-incompatible API changes in version 4. I think you'll need to remove the wait_on_rate_limit_notify=True parameter from the tweepy.API() constructions in twresend.py:43 and twsend.py:46, but I'm not sure if that is enough. Cheers Timo PS.
