there's a mirror sync like 4 times a day, so it can take a while. By now, the new package can be seen here: https://packages.debian.org/sid/xpdf from which you can follow links to (for example) - http://ftp.ru.debian.org/debian/pool/main/x/xpdf/xpdf_3.04+git20211021-1_amd64.deb - http://ftp.debian.org/debian/pool/main/x/xpdf/xpdf_3.04+git20211021-1_i386.deb or whatever suits you
