I will soon be starting a transition with unixODBC that will cause a build failure with src:tdbcodbc due to its hard-coded build-dependencies of libodbc1 and odbcinst1debian2. To avoid issues with the transition to new the new packages, please update your debian/control file to build-depend on unixodbc-dev. This will give you the libraries required: libodbc2, libodbccr2 and libodbcinst2. The binary tcl8.6-tdbc-odbc should also be updated to depend on unixodbc-dev.
