Already in version test1 were fixed:
* Removal of compat file
* Rewrite of the postinst/postrm scripts
* Removed cmake3 dependency alternative
* Commented the lintian override
This still leaves us with:
- manpages should not be installed via *.install but via *.manpages.
- drop the empty d/tests/control and d/changelog.dist files.
