Can you provide more detailed steps how this can be reproduced.
I have done a fresh install of sid (installed 11.1 and upgraded all
packages to unstable versions) in a VM just to verify that this is not
something caused by my system's configuration. I was able to reproduce
this after rebooting into sid.
I couldn't reproduce it with gnome-terminal and tilix, which I typically use. But I could reproduce it within sakura and on the console. Thus removing the the unreproducible tag again.
Michał, could you forward this to upstream and report it as a recent regression?
