Hi,

during debugging some test failures with a Ruby gem we discovered that
memcached is built without TLS support. Now it seems you had it enabled, but
disabled it completely with one of your recent commits. However, the changelog
and commit message are not verbose about the why. I built memcached on my amd64
machine and it builds and tests just fine. The commit and changelog messages
also imply that TLS support may only be a problem for a subset of
architectures.

Would you be willing to re-enable TLS support? Maybe just for a subset of
architectures?

Regards, Daniel
