By the way, it seems that weechat-python still crashes with a IOT signal even when both (or either) are upgraded. I suspect some ABI was broken, perhaps during build? I'll try to rebuild weechat-python locally and see if this resolves the issue while keeping aiohttp/async-timeout at the newest versions.
