The problem resides in the dependencies of the qemu-system-common package in bullseye-backports:

Package: qemu-system-common
Version: 1:6.1+dfsg-6~bpo11+1
Priority: optional
Section: otherosfs
Source: qemu
Maintainer: Debian QEMU Team <pkg-qemu-de...@lists.alioth.debian.org>
Installed-Size: 8.852 kB
Depends: libaio1 (>= 0.3.93), libasound2 (>= 1.0.16), libbrlapi0.8 (>= 6.3+dfsg), libc6 (>= 2.28), libcacard0 (>= 2.2), libcap-ng0 (>= 0.7.9), libepoxy0 (>= 1.3), libfuse3-3 (>= 3.2.3), libgbm1 (>= 7.11~1), libglib2.0-0 (>= 2.37.1), libgnutls30 (>= 3.7.0), libncursesw6 (>= 6), libnettle8, libpixman-1-0 (>= 0.19.6), libseccomp2 (>= 0.0.0~20120605), libspice-server1 (>= 0.14.2), libtinfo6 (>= 6), liburing1 (>= 0.7), libusb-1.0-0 (>= 2:1.0.23~), libusbredirparser1 (>= 0.6), zlib1g (>= 1:1.1.4) Breaks: libvirt-daemon (<< 7.2.0-1), qemu-system-data (<< 1:3.1+dfsg-1~), qemu-utils (<< 1:3.1+dfsg-3~)
Replaces: qemu-system-data (<< 1:3.1+dfsg-1~), qemu-utils (<< 1:3.1+dfsg-3~)
Homepage: http://www.qemu.org/

As you can see, it breaks libvirt-daemon < 7.2.0-1.

It would be great if you backported the 7.6.0-1 version of libvirt-daemon in bookworm to bullseye-backports.
