But it does not actually include any init scripts: ls /etc/init.d/*gluster* ls: cannot access '/etc/init.d/*gluster*': No such file or directory Only includes systemd service files, but I do not use systemd. As far as I'm aware it was never made mandatory in Debian. As is, it is unclear how to actually start the server. -- With respect, Roman
