Package: openssh-client Version: 1:8.7p1-2 Severity: normal X-Debbugs-Cc: schissdra...@rmm.li
I'm using wayland with kde plasma on debian testing. Under wayland the ssh agent doesn't get auto started as it does under x-server. According to google that seems to be a known issue, but I couldn't find any bug report for debian. So here it is :-). I've solved it by applying this solution: https://blog.debiania.in.ua/posts/2020-05-18-howto-auto-start-ssh-agent-with- systemd-on-debian-bullseye.html -- System Information: Debian Release: bookworm/sid APT prefers testing APT policy: (600, 'testing'), (300, 'unstable') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 5.15.0-2-amd64 (SMP w/8 CPU threads) Kernel taint flags: TAINT_OOT_MODULE, TAINT_UNSIGNED_MODULE Locale: LANG=de_CH.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=de_CH.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8), LANGUAGE=en_GB Shell: /bin/sh linked to /usr/bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) LSM: AppArmor: enabled Versions of packages openssh-client depends on: ii adduser 3.118 ii dpkg 1.21.1 ii libc6 2.33-1 ii libedit2 3.1-20210910-1 ii libfido2-1 1.9.0-1 ii libgssapi-krb5-2 1.18.3-7 ii libselinux1 3.3-1+b1 ii libssl1.1 1.1.1m-1 ii passwd 1:4.8.1-2 ii zlib1g 1:1.2.11.dfsg-2 Versions of packages openssh-client recommends: ii xauth 1:1.1-1 Versions of packages openssh-client suggests: pn keychain <none> ii ksshaskpass [ssh-askpass] 4:5.23.4-1 pn libpam-ssh <none> pn monkeysphere <none> -- Configuration Files: /etc/ssh/ssh_config changed [not included] -- no debconf information
