True, but failing (or skipped) tests still worry me :)

I tried something different now:
- Looking at the recent results at ci.d.n, there is only one test
which fails on all (but one) architectures.
- The upstream git repo has a commit for this test with a commit
message saying that the change is an attempt to fix CI failures in
  this test.
- With this patch the testsuite passes for me locally both during
build and autopkgtests, so I went ahead and uploaded -4 with this
  change.
- I'll monitor the build logs and autopkgtest logs to see how the
  test behaves there.
- If the issues remain we may also consider to exclude just this
  test.

Cheers,
gregor
