OUCH, I guess I completely misread your report. Sorry, I hadn't slept
well! :(
This B+R probably stems from the time when the man page was moved to
-doc in oder to make the python2 and python3 packages co-installable and
using alternatives (pure guess, many packages did it this way when
adding python3 support).
Yes, AFAIR that was the reason.
As I said in the Subject, python3-flask-httpauth needs
Breaks+Replaces: python-flask-httpauth-doc (<< 4)
So it's the other way around and in the python3 package this time for
moving the man page back to the package containing /usr/bin/flask-httpauth.
WAIT, there is a flask-httpauth(1) manpage, but I cannot find the
corresponding command anywhere. And the man page is actually not for a
command, so it should not be in section 1. I'm not sure where it
belongs, though (perhaps section 3 or 7).
So just move the manpage to the correct section and forget about
Breaks+Replaces ;-)
Ah, good point. That man page is generated from the sphinx
documentation. It was originally in the doc package, but I thought it
made more sense in the main package. Will do the rename as you suggest,
I think section 3 is the right place.
Thanks again.
