Hi Andres,

The problem still exists in chromium 99.0.4818.0-0.1 in gnome.

However, I found an workaround. Commenting line 61-63 in
/usr/bin/chromium (identifying the desktop is wayland or not) can solve
this problem.

I do not know the risk of removing them. Evaluations by developers may
be needed.
