Since 'apt' always outputs 'WARNING: apt does not have a stable CLI interface. Use with caution in scripts.' we don't use it in our CI infra. Instead our install/upgrade testing uses apt-get, see https://salsa.debian.org/mariadb-team/mariadb-server/-/blob/debian/latest/debian/salsa-ci.yml
